Aloha everyone. My first tribal tattoo was of a copy of a temporary tribal tattoo that I got while visiting the Polynesian Cultrial Center near the north eastern Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. I got a lower back tribal tattoo as a drunken college dare before the lower back tattoo thing become such a huge fad. Since then, every college girl from Washington to Maine has a lower back tibal tattoo. Now I feel like I joined some huge club. So much for the individuality of tattoos. I got my first tribal tattoo around my bicep before the fad of tribal tattoos first took off in the early 90's. It is still just as cool as the new ones I see on my friends today. Tribal tattoos are timeless pieces of art on your body. My only advice is try to get something made unique for you.
